Driven

I'm Rob - a professional video editor and colorist working in DaVinci Resolve Studio. My work spans documentary, short film, corporate, real estate, social media content, and branded video, with a constant focus on finding what makes each story land.

Good editing is invisible. Great editing changes how you feel about what you're watching. I approach every project with that goal - whether it's a 30-minute documentary or a 30-second reel for Instagram.

I'm currently open to project-based work as well as full-time opportunities. If you're looking for someone who understands both the technical and emotional craft of post-production, let's talk.

What I bring
to every project

Editing

RAW & ProRes Editing

Full native editing in RAW and ProRes at any resolution. No transcode-first bottlenecks. Camera-original quality from first cut to final delivery.

Narrative

Finding the Common Thread

I shape footage into a coherent, compelling story - identifying the narrative thread across interviews, b-roll, and narration so the viewer is never lost.

Color

Cinematic Color Grading

Scene-by-scene grading in DaVinci Resolve - from primary corrections and node-based secondaries to crafting a full cinematic look. Every shot balanced, every grade intentional.

Narrative

Enhancing Story Through Editing

Beyond cutting - using color, pacing, music, and sound to amplify emotion and meaning in ways that aren't in the script. Editing as storytelling, not just assembly.
